Toyota 86 Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Toyota 86 cars have increased during the last 6 months. In October the price for a car is RM 183,107 increasing till RM 205,346 in November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price rose somewhat going from RM 194,226.5 to RM 207,326. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from RM 200,776.25 to RM 206,244.5 during February and March.
The average price for Toyota 86 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2012 and 2018, the average price is RM 117,480.71. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2012 (RM 81,065) moving up till (RM 162,422)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 36 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 11 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (RM 179,334.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2021, 2022) with a price of RM 199,200.5.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota 86 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 44 % more affordable than the average price (RM 211,571). Next with a price of RM 150,525 and a mileage range of "25,000 - 50,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 2% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at RM 174,388.
