Chevrolet Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Chevrolet cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. In October the average price per vehicle is RM 58,926. During November the price went trough a strong deflation till RM 38,934. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price experienced a noticeable rise, going up 25 % from RM 48,930 to RM 61,345. The average price has had spectacular rise of 192 % with an average price of RM 55,137.5 during the previous 4 months and RM 161,238 during the most recent months in February and March.
The average price for Chevrolet has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2003 and 2014, the average price is RM 14,622.83. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2003 (RM 9,060) moving up till (RM 26,331)in 2014. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 378 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 73 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (RM 258,460.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2017, 2022) with a price of RM 446,955.5.
The graph that displays the price for Chevrolet cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 96 % more affordable than the average price (RM 181,895). Next with a price of RM 11,893 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 198% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of RM 227,175.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Chevrolet cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 80 % less expensive than the average market price (RM 181,895) followed by "Gasoline" priced at RM 310,014. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 70 % higher than the average market price followed by "Diesel" which costs RM 36,050.
The graph displaying the average price for vehicles with doors shows that Chevrolet automobiles with the cheapest price have 4 doors. They are 89 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at RM 19,490. Cars with the lowest price have 2 doors and are 6 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
