Jaguar Vehicles have gone through a strong increase in their selling price recently. There has been a considerable inflation in the selling prices for this model.
The retail prices for Jaguar cars have gone through a strong rise during the last 6 months. During the first month analyzed in October the average price was RM 119,803. November went through a strong inflation with a rise in the price till RM 159,860. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from RM 139,831.5 to RM 139,245.5. The average price has risen 12 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (RM 156,055.5) during February and March.
The average price for Jaguar has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2016, the average price is RM 111,524. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (RM 129,521) moving up till (RM 257,229)in 2016. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 147 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 19 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (RM 339,436.75) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2020, 2021) with a price of RM 403,913.
The graph that displays the price for Jaguar cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 68 % more affordable than the average price (RM 176,459). Next with a price of RM 93,918 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 125% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" and a price of RM 312,875.
