This price hardly went through any changes and remained at RM 236,172 during December. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from RM 238,142.5 to RM 243,237.5. In the last two, the price has gone through a -11 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from RM 240,690 to RM 213,237 during March and April.
