BMW 525i Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW 525i cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of RM 31,512. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at RM 30,927 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -5 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two months, the price has gone through a strong devaluation of -18 % compared to the 4 previous average values going down from RM 30,402.25 to RM 25,065.5.
The average price for BMW 525i has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2005, the average price is RM 16,907.75. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (RM 10,538) moving up till (RM 23,006)in 2005. During the next two years (2006, 2007) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 40 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 16 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (RM 27,973.5) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2008, 2009) with a price of RM 32,341.5.
The graph that displays the price for BMW 525i cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 13 % more affordable than the average price (RM 23,833). Next with a price of RM 23,410 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "100,000 - 200,000". It is 0% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of RM 23,410.
