BMW X1 Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW X1 cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of RM 151,552. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at RM 151,236 during November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from RM 151,394 to RM 143,952. In the last two, the price has gone through a -8 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from RM 147,673 to RM 135,939.5 during February and March.
The average price for BMW X1 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2010 and 2018, the average price is RM 58,945. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2010 (RM 31,060) moving up till (RM 98,233)in 2018. During the next two years (2019, 2020) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 123 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 13 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (RM 151,154.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2021, 2022) with a price of RM 170,910.
The graph that displays the price for BMW X1 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 54 % more affordable than the average price (RM 134,467). Next with a price of RM 108,899 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 39% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" and a price of RM 163,400.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for BMW X1 cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 72 % less expensive than the average market price (RM 134,467) followed by "Gasoline" priced at RM 93,781. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 30 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of RM 37,800.
