During November the price went trough a strong deflation till RM 37,163. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. The average price has had spectacular rise of 86 % with an average price of RM 39,199 during the previous 4 months and RM 72,837 during the most recent months in February and March.
