Hyundai Elantra Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Hyundai Elantra cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price for October is RM 39,855. During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till RM 36,211. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -8 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from RM 36,526 to RM 36,521.5 during February and March.
The average price for Hyundai Elantra has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2002 and 2015, the average price is RM 17,427.25. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2002 (RM 5,703) moving up till (RM 32,301)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 184 %. During the last two years the price has remained constant with regard to the previous 4 years, going from an average price of RM 50,230 in 2018 and RM 50,931.5 during 2019.
