This price hardly went through any changes and remained at RM 38,021 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -10 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from RM 36,974 to RM 33,364 during February and March.
