Kia Sportage Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Kia Sportage cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in December was of RM 61,839. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at RM 62,425 during January. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from RM 62,132 to RM 63,017. The average price has risen 9 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (RM 68,464) during April and May.
The average price for Kia Sportage has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is RM 25,313.33. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (RM 7,914) moving up till (RM 50,620)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 187 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 9 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (RM 79,929.5) and the the last two years that were studied (2018, 2019) with a price of RM 87,154.
The graph that displays the price for Kia Sportage cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 91 % more affordable than the average price (RM 73,998). Next with a price of RM 31,768 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 3% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of RM 70,295.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Kia Sportage cars points out to "Gasoline" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 33 % less expensive than the average market price (RM 73,998) followed by "Diesel" priced at RM 90,437. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 22 % higher than the average market price followed by "Gasoline" which costs RM 49,931.
