Mercedes Benz Classe A Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Mercedes Benz Classe A cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in April was of RM 424,911. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at RM 416,413 during May. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from RM 420,662 to RM 411,987. In the last two, the price has gone through a -13 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from RM 416,324.5 to RM 362,066 during August and September.
The average price for Mercedes Benz Classe A has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2013 and 2017, the average price is RM 114,109.6. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2013 (RM 83,993) moving up till (RM 148,341)in 2017. During the next two years (2018, 2019) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 63 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 26 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (RM 249,836) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2020, 2021) with a price of RM 313,952.5.
