This price hardly went through any changes and remained at RM 587,622 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -5 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from RM 561,478.5 to RM 569,357.5 during February and March.
