Toyota Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Toyota cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in September was of RM 628,876. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at RM 619,035 during October. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from RM 623,955.5 to RM 597,218. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from RM 610,586.75 to RM 580,912 during January and February.
The average price for Toyota has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is RM 107,920.82. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (RM 49,984) moving up till (RM 322,125)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 257 %. During the last two years, the car industry has had a strong deflation in its selling prices of -36 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from analysing the prices for the the preceding four years in a previous sample (RM 283,857.75) and the the last two years (2018, 2019) with a price of RM 182,881.5.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 93 % more affordable than the average price (RM 571,861). Next with a price of RM 88,845 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 0% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at RM 224,616.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 91 % less expensive than the average market price (RM 571,861) followed by "Hybrid" priced at RM 77,431. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 76 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Hybrid" with a price of RM 77,431.
The graph displaying the average price for vehicles with doors shows that Toyota automobiles with the cheapest price have 4 doors. They are 81 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at RM 108,309. Cars with the lowest price have 5 doors and are 71 % cheaper than the average previously displayed.
