Nissan Sylphy Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Nissan Sylphy cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of RM 36,244. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at RM 36,469 during November. The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from RM 36,356.5 to RM 34,624. In the last two, the price has gone through a -13 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from RM 35,490.25 to RM 30,818 during February and March.
The average price for Nissan Sylphy has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2008 y 2011, the average price is RM 15,355. There was a price inflation going from (RM 14,964) to (RM 16,288). During the next two years (2012, 2013) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 50 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 14 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (RM 26,774.75) and the the last two years that were studied (2014, 2015) with a price of RM 30,502.5.

It is 50% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of RM 27,095.
