BMW X Series Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for BMW X Series cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price for October is RM 72,202. During November there was a slight reduction in the selling prices dropping till RM 61,727. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -27 % compared to the previous two months studied. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from RM 57,796.75 to RM 58,168 during February and March.
The average price for BMW X Series has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2008 and 2010, the average price is RM 52,745. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2008 (RM 42,344) moving up till (RM 50,727)in 2010. During the next two years (2011, 2012), the average price went up 8 % moving from !PRECIO1! to RM 57,131.5, During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 11 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (RM 64,324) and the the last two years that were studied (2014, 2015) with a price of RM 71,516.5.
The graph that displays the price for BMW X Series cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 42 % more affordable than the average price (RM 57,391). Next with a price of RM 50,725 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 61% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of RM 50,725.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for BMW X Series cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 28 % less expensive than the average market price (RM 57,391) followed by "Gasoline" priced at RM 55,154. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Gasoline". It´s price is 4 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of RM 41,244.
The graph displaying the average price for vehicles with doors shows that BMW X Series automobiles with the cheapest price have 4 doors. They are 37 % cheaper than the average price for this model priced at RM 36,135. Cars with the the highest price have 5 doors and are 38 % more expensive than the average mentioned before.
